The Discovery Phase: To kick things off, we ask you to fill out our quick questionnaire and send over your favorite inspiration photos so we can get a feel for your style. From there, we’ll jump on a 30-minute consultation call to dive into all the fun details of your event—like your theme, color palette, and budget. During this chat, we'll talk through your options and map out exactly how our personalized design process will bring your vision to life.
Custom Quote & Transparency: After we chat about your exact vision and narrow down your preferred paper types and add-ons, we will send over a detailed quote so you know exactly what to expect. What you see is what you pay—unless you choose to add extra items later in the design process, your final cost will stay exactly the same. We believe in complete transparency, which means absolutely no hidden fees.
Deposit & Initial Designs: To officially launch the creative phase, we require a 50% non-refundable retainer. As soon as your payment is received, our design process begins immediately! Within 7-10 days, we will present you with 3 to 5 custom design concepts tailored specifically to your event's vision.
Revisions & Collaboration: Once we send over your initial design options, you can mix and match elements from different concepts to your liking. To truly nail down your stationery dreams, we include three complimentary rounds of revisions. We love staying closely connected during this phase, so we typically hop back on video calls as we send over the designs to collaboratively narrow down the styles and perfect every tiny detail.
Production & Assembly: Once approvals are finalized and we have narrowed down your perfect invitation suite, Lovewild takes care of everything else. We handle all the final proofs, supply ordering, assembly, and delivery. We hand-assemble every single piece and remain fiercely dedicated to quality throughout the entire process, ensuring your stationery arrives flawless and ready to impress.
Final Payment & Delivery: Now that your invitation suite is beautifully assembled, we will send over the invoice for your remaining balance. As soon as final payment is received, we carefully pack your stationery in custom boxing and deliver it straight to you, ensuring everything arrives safely, accurately, and ready for your big day.
A Quick Note on Timelines: Our typical custom design process takes about 8 to 10 weeks from your initial contact to final delivery. If you are on a tight schedule, we also offer expedited orders for an additional fee, which fast-tracks the process to 5 to 7 weeks.
